Transitioning from B2C to B2B, do you like to utilise CEP’s in your process and to work up clear copywriting?

Great question! I do use those kind of tools but usually framed through B2B. Like I map the buying committee’s critical moments (where sales stalls, where value is questioned). In that way positioning + copywriting line up directly with the customer’s journey.
